Free admission to the park and observation deck. Open daily 24 hours, but observation deck hours are 10:00-18:00 (17:00 in winter). Access via Ui-dong Station (Line UI) or Mia Station (Line 4). Don't miss the art center and Dream Studio for cultural experiences.
