The name represents 70 for the year Seoul Station Overpass was built (1970) and 17 for the year it was reborn as a park (2017), plus its 17-meter height and connections to 17 pedestrian paths. Best visited during sunset or evening when beautifully illuminated. Open 24/7 with small cafes and tourist information centers along the way. Free admission.
