The first floor houses a cozy cafe where visitors can enjoy coffee and light meals while watching the gentle flow of Yangjaecheon stream. The basement level features rotating art galleries showcasing works from local and international artists, while the rooftop observatory offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and city skyline.
